Takapoto Estate Show Jumping is a two-week event for all ages showcasing the very best of riders from both sides of the Tasman in an incredible facility nestled on the shores of Lake Karapiro. The event brings a taste the glitzy European show jumping scene to New Zealand. As well as Kiwi riders there are a significant number of Australian riders coming to compete and a few from further afield.

Thursday, February 27, Takapoto Estate Farm To Table Evening 6pm-10pm

For one night only, the Takapoto Estate family will open their pantry to share with you their exquisite homegrown produce. Expect a delicious three-course meal featuring award-winning Angus beef which has been slow-cooked to perfection, freshly-picked vegetables from the market garden dressed in the estate's very own honey, and exquisite wines, including Takapoto’s celebrated Pinot Noir which was crowned the world’s best Pinot Noir at London’s prestigious International Wine and Spirit Competition (IWSC) two years running.

$180 per ticket includes a sumptuous three-course set menu with matching wines and a cash bar

Saturday, February 29, APL Cocktail Function 6.00pm – 11.00pm (R18)

Come and enjoy the glitz and glamor of the most highly anticipated equestrian cocktail party of the summer. Located in the stunning and luxurious Bellevue Arena Marquee, the entertainment for the night will include the horse six bar competition, a sure to be packed dance floor, and a live band spinning all your favourite songs well into the evening.

Last year the APL Cocktail Function was a sell-out, so don’t delay. Make sure you snap up your tickets quick!

Sunday, March 1, Corporate Hosting Sunday VIP 11.30 pm– 4pm

The pinnacle event of the two-week show is the VIP Grand Prix Day in the stylish and luxurious Bellevue Main Arena Marquee. The not- to- be missed trans-Tasman, showdown will decide who takes out the Takapoto’s crowning event - the 1.5m Gold Tour Grand Prix, part of the national Cup Equissage Grand Prix, Series. 

$2400 per table of 8 people includes:

• Admission to the Takapoto Estate Show Jumping 
• VIP Access to the Bellevue Marquee overlooking the main arenas. 
• A table for up to 8 guests on the covered terrace with the best views of the days action.
